Time is a blessing.
Time isn't simply chronological. It's multidimensional. We control our time. We allow others to control our time as well. I've felt rushed trying to "figure out" life after my master's. There are lot of changes that have recently taken place but the most difficult is my mentor moving up into a higher position and away to a different (but still local) college. This is my time to shine independent - training wheels off. I invested 75% of my time to school but now I'm learning how to spend my time differently having gained so much of it back. Of course, this is the cycle of life. We journey through one milestone, only to start all over again. Change is so uncomfortable but it is a blessing. It is an opportunity to shake things up in your life - "why complain about a blessing?" (my best friend Courtney said that and inspired that thought) I've spent the last few days anxious and a little panicked about my new professional life. Imposter...
